We have an excellent relationship with suppliers and manufacturers and we are knowledgeable about the latest market developments, new products and trends, and we offer competitive prices.
Recipe development

Maskinpakking has developed many well-known brands for the retail sector on behalf of brand-building companies and manufacturers. We are the logical choice among brand-builders and retail chains that want to create new or improved products when their organization does not have the capacity or the expertise to do this on their own.

We have a well-developed network of raw material suppliers who work with us actively to develop and improve your products.

Maskinpakking has years of experience and expertise in developing recipes within our company's core business areas.
Purchasing

Our large network of suppliers in Europe and America gives us an advantage in obtaining favourable prices and optimal purchase agreements where raw materials are concerned.

We work with several packaging suppliers within our core business areas, so we always offer bids from at least two suppliers for your desired packaging. This ensures delivery and secures the best purchasing prices.

Our customers can take responsibility for raw material themselves or we can take charge of this through our existing network.
Mixing

We mix different mixes with powder or granules in our own mixer. Long experience means that we know which raw materials can be mixed homogeneously. We also have solutions where for non-homogeneous products we can dispense different ingredients directly into the same package.

Raw material procurement and mixing are carried out in accordance with the quality requirements of the raw material and the mixture.
Packaging

We offer two main types of packaging: bags and carton. We have stand-up pouches, flat pouches and pillow pouches, and as a carton solution we can either pack the raw material directly in carton, or the raw material will be packed in a pouch and further in carton. Consumer packaging - CU (F-pak in Norway) are packed and delivered in Distribution Units - DU (D-pak in Norway). We offer DU as a display solution, either as tray and lid, a tear tape box, or tray with shrink wrap. We can adapt the size, shape, depth and height of the DU to your shelving. We probably have the most modern packing equipment among rental packers in the Nordic countries, with high-speed packing machines that automatically pack CU into their respective DU solution.
Pallet solutions

Our pallet solutions are designed for optimal efficiency because our customers are demanding less transport of air for each delivery. Our standard solution is to deliver standard euro pallets. We may also pack 1/2 or 1/3 pallets if you wish.
